Panic attacks - Treatment without drugs?

I have had panic attacks for 14 years - always at work. I've never taken drugs for them and not told my doctor about them. Sometimes I have one after another for an hour or more, then collapse and start again. I try to speak ill, but I am soooo tired of them. I do yoga and meditation after work, but my working days are full of attacks. Telling myself that I will be fine, I'm fine, etc. does not help. I'm not trusting the process of life. Someone has things to say to themselves, or if you get up from your desk for a break? Sometimes that helps, but now I'm in my desktop to start again.

No need to suffer. I suffered for many years, my anxiety / panic was not diagnosed or discovered. My life is so different now ...... ........ I can take Lexapro and has equaled my life enormously. If things get too rough, I can add a small bit of Klonipin. I am very grateful for these drugs. As I said, you need not suffer.

Pills can give immediate results, but they are not meant to be lasting treatments to the condition of panic attacks.
