Is it a panic attack?
Possibly had a panic attack. I used to have panic attacks, but no more. They are very treatable so fails to work along them. Prescription drugs to help do the job, but I won the attacks without drugs. Here are some tips to help hope. 1. Let the attack happens, do not fight it. Fighting makes it much worse and last much longer. If you accept the attack will disappear within 5 to 10 min. His heart not race fast enough to do damage and it is impossible to quell. So try not to dwell on respiration. 2. Do not be a "chest breather." Put your hands on your abdomen and you should feel your stomach when breathing in. Breathing out slowly for 4 seconds, hold for 1 second and then exhale slowly for 4 seconds. Practice this procedure throughout the day for 2 weeks and will become a habit. You will be a more relaxed person. 3. Research relaxation techniques, meditation and systematic desensitization. 4. Go running every day. You can literally put aside their anxieties. It is also not built adrenaline that has accumulated in your system. I have found it useful to repeat positive affirmations while running due to accede to your subconscious and become automatic thought. 5. Do not hold your feelings back. If something makes you sad, sad. If something makes you angry angry. (For example, Punch a pillow.) Spill the guts of your hand to someone you trust or write their feelings on a piece of paper. Work on being more assertive. 6. I recommend you read "The anxiety and phobia workbook. "Do not worry about having another. A panic attack does not kill and can actually make you stronger. Sounds a bit scary to let this happen, but really helps.
