Symptoms Of A Panic Attack
Symptoms Of A Panic Attack
Does this sound like symptoms of a panic attack?
Okay, so I want to know if I had a panic attack today. 1. I was sitting in my math class today, and I started getting really hot and my face got very red. 2. I was in my chorus class and began to receive a "lump" feeling and I was very nervous and I felt like I was going to faint. 3. When I was in my car home, my heart began to run and hit very hard, and left me breathing for about 2 seconds. So this sounds like anxiety, panic attacks, anything? Please helpp.
They are symptoms of anxiety attacks panic. Without knowing it, you can get without having a reason. I have all the time at school. The reason you receive all the tingling is due to start breathing a little faster and have more short of breath. This means less oxygen to your body creating less blood flow. When this happens it really should say to himself only that its fine and there is nothing to worry about. Thinking he could rely on him and eventually lead to a panic attack.
