How to stop the panic out of my life?
I mostly get the panic is anxiety?
Hi, Ummm well one thing i would suggest you go to your doctor that is what I did. The doctor examined me well and I want to say that as I asked questions about my life and I considered stress level. With this it was decided to send me to a health educator who taught me the techniques to deal with anxiety attacks and Panick. There is also the option medication, but I use it as a last resort to the simple fact that you do not want to depend on medications for a day (to get) I suggest you go to a doctor which is the only way that will help seriously i was at the point of insanity, was caught in the emergency room twice, and spent my days in fear. Now a couple of months almost a year later, I feel better and I honestly feel that my normal state again. Yoga works wonders and also relaxation cd. Kept is a plus mega busy and exercising makes you fit and more relaxed.
