I had panic attacks every day.?
Hello, my doctors said that panic attacks, sometimes so bad I feel like I you snap. I of course never do. It's a horrible feeling that I was told to "live with" and I have been, I managed to keep a job General Manager, married with a grown man lost about 70 pounds but still suffer from anxiety. All is well in my life I feel as if I have more stress, exhausted, and receive little or no sleep, I know it has something to do with my age. I just became 39 hours and you can go through peri-menopause, but is for sure this weekend when I go to see a doctor again. Here's the deal, I'm afraid that when I Awai in a few weeks, I was scared on the plane. It has never happened to me, but I feel like I could pass. Any advice guys? This really blows!
