I use prescription drugs for chronic depression and panic attacks and the addition of works of marijuana, right?
He Effexor and Xanax for chronic depression and panic attacks, but not enough. Addition of marijuana also works best, would be a candidate for medical marijuana?
Xanax nearly destroyed my husband. He had a chronic medical problem that caused him much anxiety, and spoke with a psychiatrist prescribed Xanax to relieve anxiety. Within two weeks, I was living with another person entirely. It was horrible and frightening. He became intensely paranoid and anxiety turned to panic attacks total right, something he had never had before. Finally I saw another doctor, who explained that it was very likely that the Xanax. Things apparently has a half-life, and eventually, (In the case of my husband is a very short time) is not only addicted to it, but start going through withdrawal before the next dose symptoms worsen. It appears that this doctor knew the guy who originally discovered / invented Xanax, who now wishes he'd never brought to market ... but stresses the large companies pharmaceutical is safe ... Just can not stop taking things, or, without risking full-blown psychosis. You have to stop relying on very, very slowly - They took my husband three months! Some doctors prescribe valium to help with the withdrawal. Now my husband smokes weed when you feel the need of calmness and relaxation. No more pharmaceutical drugs, is too paranoid of them now. He will never touch another anti-depressant "or" anti anxiety "drug that boat. I know another person who for years has successfully combined the pot well and Prozac for chronic depression. Again, not a drug that can only stop drinking, but does not appear have about horrific problems we found with Xanax.
