Question about changing diapers?

When I delivered my first child, a nurse advised me to change my son's diapers before giving a feed. So he had his milk and went to sleep. She said that it would disrupt your sleep if I fed and then changed her diapers. But I noticed that he cried a lot and made me hit the panic cousin was very hungry. At the moment I changed him and made him bolt was so irritated and angry that he wouldnt co operate to engage and that frustrates me and made me sad. He also had to handle alone after caesarean section as my husband was traveling for work and came home only once a week. The pain and stress made me all confused, not knowing what to do. Now I am pregnant again and I am just collecting some ideas so that id have a time of peace with my baby is time. So ... I would like to know about your experience. Just so I prepared beforehand. Find your own way of doing things. Trust your instincts. Many nurses and mothers have their opinions, but not everything works in every child. Go with your instincts. My first son was quite easy. My second - I would nurse on one side, burp, change diaper, a nurse from the other side. My third - the nurses just out of one side at a time, so we usually nurse will then make the necessary changes (she is 9 1 / 2 months old). They are all different.
