Panic Exit Bar

Remove the doors closing - to build bases to install a type of house building with the door of the cellar?

I am looking for the correct and safe way to eliminate and install this building "or kennel with the door" so my daughter can leave the hold in the case of an emergency. Door locked at all times from the outside, but will have a bar outlet "panic bar" on the inside and have a half-moon window at the top lighting exterior.

I've done this before. The main problem is making sure that when you put your hole through the wall is not damaged floor joists at the top wall. As soon as you have your door properly, put in two support beams to reinforce the floor joist. It is imperative that the sure support the floor joists to then put in his doorway and build the exterior stairwell.
