What types of therapies exist to control panic attacks? Is there a cure?

Every time I have a panic attack I am completely drained of energy ... please help!

Panic attacks are incredibly scary experience, and I hope you are able to find a treatment that works for you. I do not recommend medications, because most medications are formulated for people suffering from depression. While depression may result an onslaught of panic attacks, antidepressant medications often do a poor job of treating panic attacks (and they come with many negative side effects). Essentially, there is a cure that works 100% for everyone, but I can direct you to a program to reduce panic (in origin) that worked for me and thousands of panic attack sufferers worldwide. Because panic attacks are the result of your body responds to fear, the program that teaches how to change that answer, and definitely saw results quickly.
