After a panic attack, does anyone more pain in your chest?
If anxiety attacks dangerous? What have many per day? Usually, I have a couple of times a week or less, but the last few days I've been experiencing anxiety attacks multple day. Now, I have sharp chest pain. Are there any problems or anxiety is normal after all?
My doctors have told me that chest pain is quite "normal." I feel like I'm having a heart attack. They tell me to take a deep breath (I have fear to do because it hurts me) And let it out very slowly through pursed (puckered) lips. Bullshot I call them. The only thing that has helped me is Trazadone. After 20 minutes (it seems like hours for me) or sleep, or I can run a little like everyone else. You're the first person who understands that fear. Everyone says, "Get Over It." That is not happenin. If you find an answer, please contact me. At least I know I'm not alone.
