Strange feeling / anxiety panic attacks?
I have 21 years of age in good health. I have had strange occurrences that I think it is anxiety / panic attacks. It happens more often when I'm in a public place alone. I feel sick to the point where I feel that I faint. I start shaking, and tingling in my arms and fingers, accompanied by my chest tighten. I do not feel any breathing problems. But let me immediately wherever you are. This has occurred in haircuts, bars, gas stations, hardware stores, and college. Does anyone have an idea of what these "attacks" are and how to stop? I used my attacks stopped smoking marijuana and significantly lowered my number of cigarettes per day.
You need to see a doctor and rule out a medical cause. I know someone that this experience was that there were some blocks that are deprived of oxygen to the brain that causes seizures. Do not let the fact that you are young you suggest that I could not get a state of health as this. If your doctor rules out a medical problem, then it is possible that fear of large crowds.
