Panic Away Technique

Panic Away Technique

Lately I've been getting panic attacks, nearly every day. I have been able to use relaxation techniques to stop.

I've been to the emergency room twice now for the bad. Corazón feel that's out of my chest and I think I will die when this happens. What I can do? I've never had this before. It may be drugs that I take, but it seems that anxiety sets my pulse and then runs away as if he were drugged or something. Very afraid! Yes, I have an appointment. the Thursday. I think the problem is I have two doctors to see and may prescribe drugs that do not interact well. I'm thinking of leaving everything to say in the first year.

I started taking Advair (for asthma) in February, and after about two weeks, I found that my blood pressure is high all the time. One day I had a monstrous panic I felt my heart would jump out of my chest. He almost fainted. Nobody had told me that one of the possible side effects of Advair was death related to asthma. Needless to say, I make sure to always read the fine print before trying any new medication now. At the time I went to see my doctor a few days, I had calmed down considerably. When I went to see him, my blood pressure was still high at 190/120 (normal is 120/80). I immediately took off the Advair and put me on two medications for high blood pressure. Every day since that horrendous initial attack, I experienced minor to severe panic attacks I've only been able to resist using relaxation techniques and follow a daily exercise routine. To ease some of my anxiety, I went to the hospital for a test electrocardiogram and an echocardiogram tape so I could be sure my heart was still in good condition. Still unprotected well, I still was experiencing panic attacks from time to time. After further discussion with my doctor, he was set to take Xanax as needed. It has worked very well for me but I'd rather deal with my panic attacks without medication. I've used it twice since then, and just before bedtime. Even though the Xanax works very well, just masking panic attacks is not good enough for me. Recently I made an appointment to speak with a mental health therapist. Now that my body has proven very well, and doctors say I'm in good physical condition, I know that my next step is to dig deeper for answers.
