It went through two recent panic attacks during which she had to be rushed to hospital. Every time I'm experiencing the panic attack I feel like I'm going crazy not fear inside me that makes me shiver and makes me cold all over. i hyperventilate and pains experience in some areas of my body, especially in the chest. My heart so fast that it feels like you are going to tear a hole in my chest. I need to know if one is available "Home made treatments. Recently, I expriencing anxiety and not want to deal with many people and just want to be left alone. Help, please.
I use to have bad attacks. Topamax gave me when I was younger. After a few years ago I was on Klonopin, later, Valium and Xanax. I was Klonopin the best. The emergency doctor told me to avoid caffeine and rub his neck when I have an attack. I was on a plane the other day and had a slight attack. I was going crazy but I looked around and I said would happen and it did eventually.
