Then adreniline overshoot causing anxiety "panic attacks" a return of hunger before to eat later. It is totally out of relms willpower. There is no evidence for this view NHS, and the only way to contol especially consumption of meat and vegetables braking by the digestive processes. My symptoms have disappeared and my weight back to normal because I read medical records and realized what was happening, but my doctor had no idea how to deal with it. I have insulin resistance and the pills used to treat diabetes (Glucophage metgormin alias) help with energy and cravings (at least after the first 2 weeks). I do not take medications but try to keep it at bay with diet and exercise. I have it as part of SOP
