Panic Attack Symptoms Treatment

Panic Attack Symptoms Treatment

what treatment should I be getting?

What is the proper treatment? if your anxiety and panic attacks so bad I do not want to leave anywhere and stay inside all day? , Plus .. have had a rage and anger problems over 10 years and speak inside every day because your afraid you'll lose or have a fit or rage aggressive ... i was mostly in the past and put me obviously dangerous situations. and although I can control a heell much better, I stay inside for fear of losing control of my anger, I have also a strange feeling to have the feeling feel separated from things that happen around me when I leave, I do not like ..... What is the appropriate treatment for this ????. Also what are all these signs of symptomatic disorders of.what ??............... im currently in pursuing a second opinion because I was not happy with the latest psychiatric evaluation stating that I have a personality disorder

My first thought, I have to admit, was the borderline personality disorder. Was the problem with anger that made me go there. Of course, it's just one of several symptoms to be present for this to be an accurate diagnosis. I have bpd, but also bipolar (heavy depression), ADHD, anxiety disorders. Anyway, I have problems with controlling anger and outbursts of anger ... and other problems in regulating emotions. Also I have social anxiety and feel the way you describe to go ... individual. And very uncomfortable in my own skin. Ago few years, I realized that when I go somewhere (like the mall, for example) my senses type of mate / distort. Things look darker / regulator than they really are. The sounds are muffled. And I become very irritable. The mere fact that the awareness of what I was experiencing has helped me to some extent, to deal with him. It was suggested I try some grounding techniques when I feel that way, the main thing is that I feel my feet in my shoes on the floor. I swear it helps. I do not know that disturbances in particular the cause of this dissociation for me and really, the label does not matter. The most important thing is to treat individual symptoms they are having. It is not uncommon for affective disorders, personality disorders, and / or anxiety disorders co-exist. It is impossible for anyone here to diagnose. Even if there are qualified people to do here, you have to give much, much more detailed information. And for the record, in general, doctors are quick to symptoms such as dx personality disorder. They certainly are not over-diagnosis and NO, not nearly everyone has one. That is complete nonsense.
