Panic Attack Symptom
Panic Attack Symptom
What causes the separation of reality during a panic attack?
When I have a panic attack ... among other symptoms, I feel like I'm going to lose control of myself and start to feel that things are not real. What exactly makes you feel detached from reality?
To explain pages will be fully .. but this is the short version. In a panic attack your body is in itself creating run away as fast as possible, or to fight to the death. Your body believes it is under attack and the adrenaline and all that sort of thing is ready for immediate action. Among the conditions create is the feeling of being separate. Because we have to get rid of all distractions and be able to concentrate 100% on the "danger." So your mind takes the place of an animal of prey. That's why an animal in a trap will have a glassy look .. is in the same place of the reality of having suspended to allow fighting with little pain and all his power to escape. I survived six years of panic attacks and left one person much healthier and stronger, so take hope. And never I've had to take therapy or medication to get well, hang in there.
