How does it feel during a panic attack and after that? What medications do you take?
I actually panic attacks and trust me, not feeling well or after the attack. I had more than 5 attacks per day and after that I feel too dependent for almost a week. How do you feel? And what drugs are you taking? good job?
Hey, so I have very bad anxiety, so I get panic attacks badly. I am very depressed at the time, which means that my energy is really low. But when I have my panic attacks, is like a huge wave of energy becomes care of me. It feels like iv just run a very long time, and I'm out of breath, but I'm still really eager to go running. I unstable, swallowing award to Sometimes they laugh at the nerves, my stomach feels very bad, like im about to throw up my mind I can not stop spinning, and my breathing is out of control. But is something weird happens, like if I'm walking into a class (when I get very nervous) Your like me go blind for a few seconds because when I get to my seat I can not remember foot of my chair, my mind blocks all images. I use to take Ativan, but now I take Valium, Help sometimes, most times I take later, but if I take an befor i get anxious that usually works. Then I pretty hectic, and I feel like an idiot, because most of my fears never come true, and say things really stupid .. Start the Ambien, then if that works in the room, but valium is a little stronger. Good luck, I hope that made sense!
