I can sue my recent pattern of not reading my rights?

I have accused of stealing, but my recent work I was accused of association work. but not read me my rights and tell me that I might have a union representative or not in me, when I was questioning about the theft. and not just remain involitarily trying to get me to incriminate myself arent there laws against that? and every time my employer had no evidence against me! now you want me to pay back $ 500 and i only bad part is in a written statement under time saying that he had downloaded the good whem pay for other items, which may have been a can of soda that I had been drinking since earlier in the day that I fogot to pay and planned to pay later in the day I have opportunity. and also since I have happened to cause me panic attacks fear jail because I have a 2yr old at home. I can not imagine being without now I have jus her.n to go to court because he wrote a statement i damn! What should I do??

Your employer has no obligation to read their rights because they are forces official order. It is the employer of their right to see that a union representative is present on your behalf when you ask about the alleged theft. There are no laws prohibiting your employer that leads him to testify against himself. If you are innocent, should not have signed anything.
