Is there a way to overcome panic attacks or there is a cure, something that can help me with this?
I had panic attacks for one year only and I hate them, they make me so depressed and scared. I was wanting to kow if there is anyway to overcome? Right now I'm seeing a doctor and a psychiatrist, my doctor I have to prozac and valium (which just started taking Prozac), I just want to know if there is anything or anyway to overcome them and stop having them?
In First, put the gloves my friend because panic attacks are a nightmare and can kill! Search the Web and understand what they are, how do you get them and how get rid of them. First, try to seek help with an MD with Zoloft ... its great, then kill the ghosts from panic attacks ... that always happens out of nowhere ... and hence All attacks are based on the fear of having it again .. so when you see Ghost panic coming at you, eye contact and no fear, not going to die and not lose heart! is only mental, not physical ... therefore, fight! use a notebook to write all the symptoms so that you can identify them. So when you feel you are having the fear of suffering, just laugh and say, here it comes again to fool me ... and try to relax ... Looking down or simply close the eyes to gain control ... be stronger than him and then let the nightmare panic rule your life!
