Pregnant with # 4 - I'm terrified of work - Reflections on edpidural?
Hello everyone. I have 33 weeks pregnant with number 4. I've been so excited it will be my first child. Girl All my other jobs were all natural - no pain relief. My last child two years ago was 8 pounds 9, not too great - but his head was very large and very difficult and painful 2 exit. Last week I've been getting flashbacks of his birth and I could not sleep, had been having attacks panic, go to the bathroom (defecate) about 10 times a day and have even made myself through vomiting worry. I can not seem to get the part Laboute my head. I've even lost weight in the last 6 weeks because of all this worry. I've been told that maybe I should go to an epidural this time or some other form of relief of pain and the way they have been with these panic attacks will not be good fot the baby or myself at work. Please help, I'm terrified and I can not lose more weight!
Do not think you've earned affection. I had one with my first baby and I did not like numbness, but boy does it make delivery a breeze. If desired, you can always be difficult in the first 4-6 cm then ask what is good and kicked him in time to relax and drive. fine will be a professional!
