are these panic attacks? or insomnia?
when ever I try to sleep, or in the evening when I'm tired, I get very paranoid. then I think in the murder and death. and sorta until I could kill some body. scares me even more, when I feel strange butterfly feeling in my stomach. I had a few weeks ago for high school final and was so paranoid and scared that I felt nauseous and vomited. 2:00 a.m. right now and I'm so damn tired that when doses instead of starting out, i suddenly feel this sensation. not funny and I just want to sleep = (. this could also be insomnia too? Katie, thank you very much. you have the most information. you are a big help.
