Okay, so I'm pretty sure I have anxiety or something, or at least have had panic attacks. I get very strong fears, my heart starts pounding, breathing is difficult, and sometimes my hands this strange tingling sensation. Does this mean that I have anxiety or something? Also, how I can prevent these attacks or make me feel better because it's the worst feeling in the world.
