nobody has had the anxiety of health after having your baby?

I have suffered with all the normal concerns through my pregnancy and at birth my baby until he was 4 months when I had my first panic attack and was since.at swim while I thought I was going to die since I've been having problems with health anxiety thinking they have something fatal (something new every week) my doctor told me that his anxiety and a bit of PPD. i cannot have drugs like im pregnant I just want to beat that! Has anyone else had similar problems and not anyone have any advice on how I can overcome this?

I am so glad I come only through your question. I had my baby 15 weeks ago, and for the past 4 weeks have i been quite the same. I went to the doctors about 6 times, A & E once and called NHS, because I still think there is something seriously wrong with me. I had an EKG, and a complete blood count, all normal again, but still can not get that fear away. I think to myself, if I die, who will care for my son, nobody will be able to do as well as I, my child will not remember me, and I even told my boyfriend that if I die, please do not forget to let me show you pictures of me all the time. It's a horrible thing to happen, and no no is how to do things better. I just wanted that you are not alone. Try talking to someone about the care of your baby if something was to happen. Not that it will, but it noing make you feel better that your baby will be cared for, etc. .. abit relieved my concern. unless you want to tell someone, write on a sheet of paper, and put some where in room.and write whatever fear they have too.
