Could have had an anxiety disorder and not even know?

I'm 16 and a minor. When I was in 6th grade II suffered from extreme anxiety. Recently decided to make an investigation to see if this was normal and found some surprising results. He showed symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder, Disoorder both and social anxiety. But I have never received treatment and a doctor never tested me on it. I totally know better, so I think probably not did. But I showed all but one symptom for GAD and AmosT all syptoms for SAD. Is it possible that only the daily trips to the school social worker I cured? Could have had GAD or sad? I have nothing. I am a very sociable now. Just a little shy, but shy is a normal. Did it before and can be cured with only seeing a social worker? If someone is a doctor, please respond. Or if you really know these things.

Well, it depends. if any so get in your life then you probably have to ask advice from a doctor about it.

Sometimes anxiety disorders can also trigger depressive periods so we may have to have some medication in the beginning but the sooner we learn how to deal with anxiety in our minds, and we start processing the stressful situations in a healthy way we'll get away from medication and gain a more enjoyable and productive life.
