How do I know what the cause of my anxiety / depression?
I have had depression in the past, but 5 years ago it got worse, and for the first time he had to take time off from work and take antidepressants. How do I know if the cause of this deterioration is a) I take cannabis once in all the time began to worsen, or b) I feel marginalized at work all the time, or c) I realize that I was gay / bisexual, at the same time? I go along with the suggestion that the cause is probably related to all elements of your life you can recognize or are difficult to reach agreement with and / or who are unhappy with (for example, you mentioned, perhaps others who have not yet recognized?). I've been dealing with depression related to similar issues in the last 3 to 4 years. This was also the third or fourth major depressive episode I've had. Sometimes these are clear, other times it may be "in the subconscious," but not yet consciously recognized.
