Constant Panic Symptoms

Constant Panic Symptoms

Which may indicate my symptoms? Please help!?

The symptoms are anxiety ... GRAVE. I feel I'm going crazy. I feel like I'm going with brain death. Feeling like I was incapable of functioning in the normal duties or that I can remember anything. be overly conscious of my body and myself, or feel that parts my body is not mine. feel "zonked out" (like when you stare into space for long). feeling out of balance. my audience feel stifled, but I can still hear. feeling that I do not care. teeth clenching. I would usually feel crazy and weird, I wonder if my anxiety is up my symptoms or not. I do not know if the symptoms are related. It began as severe anxiety with panic attacks continued and then came these symptoms after thereof. Any ideas? I have a daughter who is still a baby and wake up several times during the night, so I'm not sleeping well. I know I need to go to the doctor, but is difficult to find time, so if anyone has any idea it would be great! Thank you very much!

I had a lot of those symptoms and was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism (Graves disease). I also lost much weight even though I was eating everything in sight, and I became weak. You may have hyperthyroidism postpartum. Or you could have other problems after birth, other hormonal imbalances. You really need to see a doctor. Take some time for it. I do not know if you have hyperthyroidism or not, but what do you need to start taking medications before it gets worse. This sounds serious and you need time to see a doctor. Anxiety affects more than two million Australians, making it twice as common as depression. Yet awareness of anxiety-related disorders such as post-traumatic stress, panic disorder and social phobia is still unacceptably low. In this third edition of her bestselling book, Bronwyn Fox helps us to understand the symptoms of anxiety disorders and teaches us how to manage panic attacks and anxiety with meditation and a mindfulness-based cognitive technique. Her method is based on decades of experience counselling people in Australia and overseas, and running her award-winning programs and workshops. Bronwyn writes with compassion and authority, having experienced panic disorder and agoraphobia for five years. Using case studies and up-to-date research findings, she also explores the deeper causes of anxiety disorders, and shows us how working with self-esteem contributes to our long-term recovery. Power Over Panic is a practical, insightful resource for anyone living with an anxiety disorder, or caring for someone who does. 'As far as I am concerned, Bronwyn Fox gave me back my life.'
