Is it normal to be in a bad mood and anxiety after a car accident?
I was driving my car smashed and two months ago and have been irritable and anxious since then. I had a serious concussion and hurt my neck and back. I have ongoing problems with the rear. It is also normal to be fine when driving, but it feels scared and out of control when in the passenger seat?
It is common to experience these things after an accident. It could be a download, and if is altering your life you should consult a doctor. Also, some people experience discomfort only when not in control. I happen to be one of them. Only try to trust the person you are with or without thinking much. Treatment to the area some reading or looking through the side windows so I'm not looking at the road constantly.
