Anxiety Therapy
Someone has even gone to therapy for social anxiety and has been "cured"?
I went to therapy for about 4 months once a week for social anxiety. We make statements which would have to embarrass myself infrount of many people in public places. I want to go home feeling worse than before. Has anyone had this job for them? Is there anything else that could help get over social anxiety?
Yeh. Meds are good until we achieve more social skills. Emotional Intelligence Books push you right along. They cover a wide variety of subjects and the information is so good for all, that are required reading anyway. Study of intuition also. Low self-esteem and arrogance are extremes of the same suit. Thinking too much about ourselves. Thinking ourselves is the self-awareness. We can not focus on ourselves and what we are doing at the same time, so we are uncomfortable and miss what is happening around us. We must be aware of some people and what they are doing. Most people monitor others, to some extent, not judging, not Judging words, but desciptive, objectives and collecting verbal and nonverbal cues and storage of information. I always look at least twice at an intersection. People are worth much. So how we all work together. Emotional intelligence give an idea that people are coming and a better understanding of their emotions, thus. Understanding emotions means you are not so obedient to them. Intuition gives subtle signs people to give you grace in a social situation and thought creative about social situations, as an artist of the people. The intuition is objective and not subective so we can see things objectively instead of being so subjective. Feelings cloud thinking and understand that only the energy and support what you're thinking. If you think of something more positive emotions that come when they know that's where going to stay and / or expect more to come. They seem to obey very well and do what you expect, without more deals, especially if you stay firm. LOL Also, if you have negative thoughts of the same energy that go there. The subjective mind is negative so that people almost always have to think only intuitive thoughts and use them. This kind of thinking or does not cause any problem unless we have to watch things out of our thoughts as well. Aim, right brain, intuitive thinking positive, calm and "know." It's hard to explain but not so hard to do. And, finally, to put their thoughts in yourself, control your thoughts and comments intuitive and descriptive way ahead of everyone, as only half the people know how good thinking. When they learn that there will be no threat, to be happy and friendly as it is. And, oh yes, stay away from negative people. Do not despair, you has three books in this message so that it is all done. Do everything and be more secure and happy, but that is another problem. Is not life like that? Anxiety Therapy for the Workplace
There are a lot of different methods that you can try for anxiety therapy. The question is what therapy works best in a given situation. What's the number one cause of stress for most people? Work – Really not a surprise for most, is it? Can't live with it and you can't live without it.
The things that seem to work best in anxiety therapy at the workplace have to do with the type of environment you are in. There are plenty of ways to make the workplace more livable and provide a stress-free and productive place of employment.

Make sure the work place is set up so that there is minimal repetitive and strenuous movement.

Provide variety in the workplace.

Make every opinion count by encouraging decision-making on every level.

Make it a place with a promising future. If the employee feels that the job will lead to something desirable, they won't feel stressed.

Decrease the noise level where possible.

Address harassment immediately.
If you can't eliminate the stressor or change something in the environment, remember to be aware of the signs and symptoms that a person might be coping with stress and address it in a timely manner.
Does an employee seem withdrawn or have their eating habits changed? Do they call in excessively? Has productivity gone down? These are all symptoms of stress.
Take stress seriously and provide resources for treating anxiety. Recognize when the staff is under too much pressure. Ask for your employees' opinions. Provide breaks. There are even some employers that start the day with stretching before they get started.
When there's laughter in the workplace, stress levels are much lower. Share a joke. Take time to relax. You can even start the first ten minutes of your day trying to come up with a plan. If you make a list, make sure that you set up reasonable expectations. This way you can reap the feeling of success.
