How can I overcome my phobia of eyes?

Hi, so basically I have a phobia evil eye and the fight to watch them and know things about them. I really can not stand the thought of them and I often have very bad panic attacks usually lasts about 10 minutes. Anyway, I have to decide on what levels I want to do and I am very keen to do biology but I discovered one of the things we have to do is the eyes. Do not want my phobia to stop making biology, but do not really want to have a panic attack or anything, when I go to school for I think the best thing to do is try to overcome my fear:) The thing is I'm not sure what is the best way. I have a book called The Anxiety and phobia workbook "that I have read and followed the advice but did not seem to have helped. What are my other options? Sorry if I've written a lot and thank you very much:)

I'm also doing a biology of this year level, and yes that means the eyes .. and dissecting them .. but .. before running screaming for the hills .. I believe that to confront their fears and learn about them will help. Obviously, the dissection can be a bit more .. you do not have to be a part of that .. but browse and read about them before you're exposed to the "eye" thing in the lesson. Relax when you are searching the information .. how they actually are fascinating .. Its amazing! Try and have a think about where they come from their phobias and try to solve problems .. confronting their fears will notice that there is nothing to worry about. Good luck! x
