What treatment is indicated for ADHD and comorbid anxiety disorder and panic disorder?

I have social anxiety GRAVES / w TAG / agoraphobia and am currently on Lexapro 30 mg, 6 mg Ativan (Yes. .. 2 mg three times daily) with Tranxene necessary to panic attacks. I've always had trouble focus and concentrate on tasks. I think it's affecting my ability to function at my best, both in college and work. My question is, how ADHD drugs as Ritalin or Adderall to be taken concurrently with benzodiazepines for anxiety and there is no clear benefit or risk? I heard that combine a little better in certain patients, but I was not, t sure what the markings. It would be a stimulant most likely my anxiety worse or would do otherwise and to work with the benzo address both problems? Of course I'll ask my psychiatrist and stopped taking medical decision, but wanted to know more about this problem before go in. If you really have ADHD, I want it handled, but do not want to worsen my anxiety disorder, at the same time.
