I am a 39 year old virgin with social anxiety, panic and depression. How can I get a girlfriend?
I've been to shrinks and therapists have EMDR treaty, drugs of all kinds, speech therapy, and nothing seems to work. I've been on four dates in my entire life, all of which occurred in 2007. I have never kissed a girl or anything. I'm so depressed, and I do not know where to go. I'm tired of mourn myself to sleep at night. I have allot of love to give, but most people do not even know I exist. This loneliness is killing me, and I am African, I die without knowing love or making love. I thought of a prostitute, but that's not what really I want either. Honestly, I want to experience sex, I have since I was in elementary school, but most women look at me as if I am a virus. I can not live well, I do not know where to go for help. I seem to have exhausted all my options.
First off, this idea of the head hooker, or end up with a disease. You do not want that. You have to put there so that people appreciate. Not notice you if you're sitting in the back and quiet. They do not realize, if not try out of that shell. You can not sit and let it happen. Keep trying, and ask the girls. Those who are truly interested in. I met my husband a few years ago, and he was 36 and inexperienced. He lived a sheltered life and was not exposed to a lot of the outside world. Was caring for her mother for so long, that the year ends pass. I met him on Match.com. He is wonderful, and we've been married for four years come this November. We have a son who is three. It is a great father and a great husband! I could not have asked for a better person. Because of its inexperience, and sheltered life, was exposed to a lot of the evil of others. It is good-hearted and so loving. And true. You will also have their chance. You have to keep trying and trying to break that shyness, because if not, then life will pass you. Trust is an ingrediant key for a woman to recognize and be attracted. They want a man who knows what she wants out of life. It does not mean smart race, but he knows who he is, and will stand firm beliefs, etc. They want to feel safe with her man. Confidence in a person who provides this and shows through. If a woman says no, then simply say "thank anyway "and keep your eyes and heart open for someone else. It may be rejected. Everyone does in life. Only recover and go for it again. The appearance is also a key. I'm not talking only see here, but how you dress, how you take care of his hygiene, etc. These are all key to a woman ingrediants to notice a man.
