Anxiety Panic Attacks Symptoms
Anyone that those currently pregnant or was pregnant and struggling with anxiety / panic attacks / depression?
I'm 10 weeks pregnant and suffer from anxiety / panic and depression, and feel so alone with my symptoms ... Anyone out there can relate and have good stories?
You are not alone. It is common to feel this way during pregnancy. Postpartum depression gets all the attention, but for many women, depression begins actually before delivery. I had terrible anxiety and depression for the first five months of my pregnancy. I began to feel like an emotional wreck for a week before I found out I was pregnant. I was crazy and making my husband mad with me. I cried several times a day, even wakes up in the middle of the night and mourn, and worried about everything! I read a lot about the effects of antidepressants on the fetus and there kept trying to stay well without medication for the baby. I remember the day it all became unbearable, I had thoughts of suicide, giving the baby up for adoption and abort it. I called the Dr. 's office and stood in that day for guidance. My doctor put me on 10 mg of citalopram, the lowest dose and one considered safer antidepressants during pregnancy. It took a couple of weeks, but I began to feel like me again. I am a couple of weeks away from delivery date, and my mood has been fantastic from the start of medication. I've also read some great books who have helped me cope with anxiety that I would like to convey to you: The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra, and you can heal your life by Louise Hay. Knowing that help is there for you, whether it be medication, counseling or self-help books. Please speak with your doctor. If he / she does not understand, find one that does.

Classic Anxiety Panic Attack Symptoms
Anxiety panic attack symptoms regularly follow a pattern. Your heart beat is far too brisk and you are having a struggle breathing. Your lungs feels constricted and you got to lie down because you're feeling hazy.
The experience is different for everyone and there are a number of other styles of anxiety disorder which have numerous overlapping symptoms.
Here is a list of the major anxiety panic attack symptoms. Panic attacks are almost always defined as experiencing 4 or more of the following:
• Choking
• Unsteadiness
• The shakes - mild to uncontrollable
• Difficulty getting air
• High heart rate
• Chest soreness
• Feeling numb
• Trouble keeping warm / cold shakes
• Unable to control actions
• Retching
• Sweating
• Detached from existence
Fewer than four indications may be interpreted as a limited symptom anxiety attack however the bulk of sufferers experience a great number of these with each attack.
If these symptoms do not closely match your experience it may not be an anxiety panic attack. There are a variety of closely related anxiety disorders each with it's own clinical definition.
It is also good to note that frequently these symptoms are somewhat hidden.
1 of the largest problems I had in stopping my anxiety was actually seeing the symptoms in action. I relied quite heavily on my colleagues to help point out the start of an anxiety attack.
One of the greatest ways to work towards prevention is to be clear on the signs. Understanding how to catch yourself before the worst hits goes a big way towards controlling and finally rubing out your anxiety attacks.
If you frequently feel the symptoms listed in part or in full it is possible you suffer from some style of anxiety disorder. While most attacks are not life endangering without adequate treatment or tools it might become a chronic problem which could risk your life and the lives of others.
