This question is for people who overcame social anxiety, depression and panic attacks? How did you do? What worked for you? I tried to exercise, mediation, breathing techniques and nothing works.Is medication the only answer for me? What has worked?

I began my teens with social anxiety horrible. It was so bad I could not leave my house. Today I'm in the U.S. Marine Special Operations, I have traveled the world been in mission in Afghanistan, Iraq and some elsewhere. I made a complete turn around, and ill tell you how. One of the few things that left the house to go to my class was mixed martial arts I would train in the fight against contact. One day, my instructor told me I had to get there faster. But I was lost on the way to go. I mean you can learn the techniques wait lifting to get stronger. But how do you get faster. I was told to pretend they are fast with each and every technique that you do. Eventually I got faster. But I began to use that same technique for social anxiety. First off you need to act. Look at the people around you. Look how calm found in freak situations and act in. Ant. Imagine you are in a social environment, giving yourself a speech or image, and imagine the calm, quieter than ever. But I think it is actually happening. When your really going to take control of your thoughts and action. Like a shy actor taking the role of a character is going out. The best time to imagine this is as often as possible, immediately before going to bed, and especially when their contribution to music. The other I think something is NOT. His hole life have been told that before doing so. Well, when it comes to this, no. Simply. Like a robot, do not think about it. It is not an old saying, be careful of your thoughts can become your actions, be careful of your actions become your character, be careful of your character might make it. Imagine the same fear, Fear him without anxiety Imagine confident and give it without anxiety. The latter is displayed. When you breathe in imagine air entering the lungs and be absorbed into the blood when it threw his body to push out the pain, negative thoughts and weakness.
