Anxiety Panic Attack Symptoms

Anxiety, Panic before a heart attack in the emergency room?

Hi, I was having symptoms of anxiety or panic attacks a heart attack. I could not tell so I went to the emergency room and I have been prescribed Zoloft and told me he was having an anxiety attack. I have a history of seizures panic / anxiety but this time the emergency room did not have a chest x-ray, etc, but only listened to my heart with a stethoscope and measure the pressure and blood oxygen levels. Can you say in the emergency room if you are having a heart attack before a panic attack or anxiety without performing tests like X-rays? Thanks!

Of course! : 0)
