Causes Of Severe Anxiety And Nervous Breakdown
Nervous Breakdown is termed as a severe or unbearable emotional disorder, that occurs very suddenly and the symptoms are depression. It is basically a mental illness when a person cannot think properly. This happens when a person undergoes a very stressful phase in his life.
Causes of mental breakdown
There are a number of causes of mental breakdown which includes chronic and unresolved grief, unemployment, academic problems, career failure, stress due to some reason such as post war trauma, a serious or chronic illness in the family, death in the family, fraud by a loved one, pregnancy etc. Mental illness is classified as breakdowns due to clinical depression, anxiety, bipolar, disorder, psychosis, dissociation, post traumatic stress, severe stress.

Anxiety disorder includes several forms of abnormal, pathological anxiety, fears, phobias and certain nervous conditions that may be suddenly or gradually effect a person over a period of several years and which may prevent the person from leading a normal life and perform his daily routines.
Anxiety is actually a very unpleasant emotion state of one's mind accompanied with physiological symptoms that leads to fatigue and tiredness. A correct and exact diagnosis will result in an effective treatment and better results. The anxiety disorders are chronic conditions that might be present earlier or might occur suddenly after a serious event in the person's life. That aggravates when the person undergoes stress due to some reason.
A good diagnosis is essential for the initial cure of anxiety disorder. This has to be done by an interview along with possible medical conditions that cause the symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety may be a due to hereditary in some. A person suffering from anxiety disorder normally at times has severe attacks such as headache, sweating and the palpitations increase which is accompanied- with hypertension.
Conditions of the person suffering from Anxiety disorder
Anxiety disorder is a common and a chronic disorder that affects men as well as women. Anxiety disorder is a long lasting problem. There is no specific reason for anxiety disorder or situation.
People suffering from this disorder fear for some unknown reason. They have a very difficult time in controlling their worries. Due to constant muscle tension and constant fear they might develop headaches, palpations in the heart, sleeping problems and dizziness. Due to the presence of these conditions in an anxiety disorder person, he/she has difficulty in coping with his day to day, normal activities.
