How to deal with chronic depression, anxiety disorders or panic attacks?

I'm looking to talk to others about how have successfully dealt with or are trying to succeed in their chronic depression, anxiety and panic disorders,

I feel your pain. Who had suffered for years with anxiety and panic attacks. It was horrible. Socializing was out of the question for me, I would fall wherever they woke up and strange see around me, that is the severity of my panic attacks .. I went through all the phases. Whatever, I had .. But thank God that self-discipline and free prayer am one of those diseases. Face your fears, there are fears that are causing you to react in this way without you knowing it .. start small, but do it, I promise you I will be through ... take valerian root, which helps the process go smoother, your self esteem is low and makes this nurve explosions, so say to yourself, who am I, what I want and I'm going to do about it ... once the discipline in these areas will feel the mind and can be able to walk straight .. if you feel an anxiety attack coming on, breathing in a paper bag and not think about what braught to that point. I say this and that "I am nothing good is bad, it's just my nerves trying to control my life and applying repeated. Until it becomes real to you ... liberate you if you make effort in its own name. drugs are good, but I went through them, not just temporary relief ... their efforts are permanent. Once its in your discipline Road to Freedom ... if your spiritual, pray .... What is impossible for mankind is possible that God in Christ Jesus ..... Good luck ...
