What is the difference between an anxiety attack and a panic attack, or are the same thing?

Panic Attack Symptoms: Feeling shortness of breath or choking, dizziness or palpitations or feeling faint heartbeat Trembling or shaking sweating, chills or flushing sensation of breathlessness, nausea, stomach upset or numbness or tingling or pain in chest discomfort afraid of dying Fear of losing control of the feelings of unreality, feelings of detachment Anxiety Attack Symptoms: tremors, muscle tension or spasms, headaches, dry mouth sweating, difficulty swallowing, abdominal pain (may be the only symptom of stress, especially in a child), dizziness, rapid heartbeat or rapid breathing, irregular diarrhea or frequent urination Fatigue Irritability, including loss of character sleeping nightmares, concentration difficulties and problems like decreased sexual symptoms ISH right? Two very different problems. I'm the kind of panic attack myself. Another symptom I have in an attack that is not on the list is that they become very fluchen, my face becomes bright red, and I'm incredibly hot, as the room suddenly became 15 degrees warmer. Think of it this way: Panic attack: You are suddenly asked to speak in front of his entire school for something you do not know, without time to prepare. Anxiety Attack: You are taking a test that has been studying for several days in advance. You are fully prepared, but because you're so nervous, his mind is totally blank on responses to the test. I really feel that what we eat and drink has a lot to do with the way we feel. When you think about it makes logical sense. The bottom line is this, never close your mind.
