I am in good health, suffering from panic attacks or anxiety Atarax therapy. However in recent 2 days have experienced severe dizziness. These occur only when out of bed in the morning and last about an hour, or when I lay down at night. No inner ear problems that I know. What do you think perhaps the main reason? and what are the treatment options? or simply disappear. Recently there have been anemia tests for less than a month, the results were negative. Atarax diphenhydramine help me I can stay away as medicinal.
